See ya, Matt

No, she prays for it on a daily basis. lol

The problem with that "slap on the ass" is that it creates a hostile work environment.... if not stopped by management, people get the idea that it's okay. That frequently leads to escalation of the unwanted behavior.

I had a drunken boss grab my boob in front of a customer one day. I decked him. Today if that had happened he most likely would have been fired, and I could possibly have been arrested for assault. Much better to have rules of behavior in place before this kind of things gets going. BTW, he did that to my married co-worker as well; her husband settled his hash.

Far too many of us have been subjected to that kind of behaviour. And in so many cases even reporting it didn't result in repercussions to the offender; it was the victim who was advised to keep her head down or her job could be endangered. People don't seem to realize that HR sometimes protected the wrong person.

Anyone who assaults (decks)someone, or who has a spouse do the same (settles his hash) should be arrested. Every time. Then and now.
"Fear of losing your job" as a reason not to report it is no excuse. Why would you want to continue work there anyway?

Liberal hypocrisy rises again.
the party of womens rights seems to think of them as play toys.

Hollywood liberals, liberals in the media, liberals in congress.

So the upside, Democrats are finished for at least a generation, providing this lunacy stops sometime in the next 5 years

Trying to say Roy Moore is a liberal is ridiculous

LOL YOU called her a liar. I don't think you understand how that works. Onus is on you. Sorry 'bout that. And you should really get some therapy for the whole "fem" thing.

She is a liar, little Thingy, unless she can prove that she didn't give serial adulterer Blowjob Billy and the philandering Kennedy bros a pass, which she denied doing.

That emotional response you seem to have every time we interact might be affecting your perception, soy boy.

I know you didn't vote for trump, that wasn't the point. I'm criticizing your repetition of the RW talking point that Hillary is a "rape enabler." trump was accused of rape, guess that means his wives at the time enabled him.

I don't know the story of Trump and wives nor do I care. Trump is trash. The difference is between private and public citizens. Politicians are getting away with this behavior while non-politicians aren't (speaking about today). Hillary is different because it went down with Broderick while Bill was in office.

I can't hit someone in self defense? Or someone needs to be arrested every time two people fight? I don't agree with that at all.

Is that so?

Yes.

Sexually related crimes can range from the lowest B-misdemeanor to the highest A-felony. The range of law covers acts from incidental touching for sexual gratification to outright forcible rape. There are over 20 different categories of sexually related crimes and some of the things you’d think would be the most serious — like having sex with your daughter — only rank as low-level felonies (if the daughter is 17 or over).

One of these crimes is called “forcible touching.” A person is guilty of forcible touching when “he or she intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose, forcibly touches the sexual or other intimate parts of another person for the purpose of degrading or abusing such person or for the purpose of gratifying the actor’s sexual desire.”

Intimate parts have been defined by case law to include someone’s neck, if normally that part of a person would not be touched in the course of the normal relationship between the parties. It clearly includes a woman’s breasts or vagina. However, the catch is that the party must be touched “forcibly,” defined to mean without the express consent or acquiescence of the person being touched.

I'd like to know how you define enabling. Are you claiming Hillary did any of these?

enable

[en-ey-buh l]

verb (used with object), enabled, enabling.

1. to make able; give power, means, competence, or ability to; authorize: This document will enable him to pass through the enemy lines unmolested.

2. to make possible or easy: Aeronautics enables us to overcome great distances.

3. to make ready; equip (often used in combination): web-enabled cell phones.

That's a blog from a consumer lawyer with no statistics, just one story
Google it Wacko. I work in the corporate world. I’ve seen and have experienced the feeding frenzy. The Chamber of Commerce spin on tort reform is an urban legend. The vast majority of civil lawsuits are initiated by Corporations against private citizens, the government and other corporations. I’ve seen the shitty underhanded games that are played, particularly in intellectual property litigation, which employs the greatest thieves in human history.

The CoC propagates a mythology of civil trial lawyers as ambulance chasing PI lawyers (and there are certainly plenty of those) but the vast majority of civil litigators are corporate sharks in suits.

I'll just leave this here.

LOL

Grabbing a boob is not putting anyone in imminent danger of bodily harm, you fat, ugly cunt.

Go out and deck someone and tell the arresting officers they grabbed your boob, and see what you get.

Having a boob grabbed aggressively can be painful you fat, ugly fucker. Stop trying to justify your behaviour.
