Serious question. Do you wear a mask when out in public such as the supermarket.

Do you wear a mask in public places?

It's just courtesy and being a decent person. I guess some weren't raised with the concept of how what you do might affect others. It's why you go to the bathroom in public if you have to scratch or deal with a boogie. Or by not clearing a room by letting your bowels sound the trumpet to charge the fields. :o

So you were raised to believe that courtesy requires one to wear a mask and that one is not a decent person if one chooses not to wear a mask? Liar.

No I dont.

And here is another serious question, all kidding aside I am really interested to know..........

How many of you wore masks everywhere you went during the deadly H1N1 outbreak? How many of you wear masks during the yearly flu outbreaks that routinely kill tens of thousands of people each and every year?

Follow up questions for the lefties.
If you didn't wear a mask in every previous flu season, were you being irresponsible?
And:
Will you continue to wear a mask every flu season for the rest of your life?

Corona is the most transmissible disease we have seen since the 1918 flu. It is not like a yearly flu. There is no telling how many people will remain scared after this. A mask is to keep from spreading your own flu.

I look at people in the stores not wearing one as inconsiderate and selfish.

While it's no guarantee or 100% safeguard, it certainly reduces the transmission if everyone is wearing one.

And I'm surely not a virtue signaler.

I look at people wearing them as severely overreacting. In March, with what was thought about the virus's lethality at the time, it made sense. But masks weren't widely available. Now we know the virus is far less lethal than we thought. It's time to start getting back to normal unless there is a legitimate concern that local hospitals could be overrun. Keep the high risk people safe, but let the low risk people start building herd immunity.

It sucks that the virus is here, but it's going to run its course. Slowing the spread too much can be worse, unless it is to stop hospitals from being overwhelmed.

I think I would tell them give me oxygen and crank it,and refuse the ventilator.

Doctors have pretty much eschewed the use of ventilators, as more often than not, they do more harm than good. CPAP is the method now, it's far gentler and doesn't require the traumatic use of intubation. Remember the ventilator shortage, that was just another bullshit claim by the Dems and the likes of Cuomo.

Stay the fuck inside and don't go out then, if you're so scared of living then just top yourself.

yes, that is prob better for many but has some downsides as well...... My friends dad was just put on that as he wasn't doing well & was getting a lot of stress & anxiety w/ those tubes stuffed down him......... & those can be gateways to other bad stuff entering the lungs as well........

How did you learn about that, if I may ask??

What bothers me most is adults that don't wear mask is one thing, but when they drag their small kids into stores unprotected pisses me off.
It's not about them!Protect your kids!
