Then the car should have yielded the lane to the truck. Clearly, the truck was parallel to the car when they collided. That makes the right lane the truck's and that's that. Watch this one carefully. The truck approaches the bus. The truck and white car are parallel for at least 10 seconds. Then the white car drifts right into the truck that pushes back and the white car recoils back into their lane. White car's fault totally.
