They can't just riot, destroy millions of dollars worth of public property, get 5 people killed, including a police officer, and attacked and injured over 50 more police officers then walk away whining "It's my right". They violated the rights of everyone they attacked. They attacked every taxpayer's rights because they destroyed public property and threatened our elected government.

All of those who created this deadly event must be held accountable as should all those who unlawfully participated in it.

While I believe it's up to employers to determine the fitness of their employees to continue employment, some states or types of jobs require some due process over pure whimsy.
