Hang on a second though you have to be really really really stupid to think you can interfere with law enforcement officials while they are executing their lawful duties and drive at then with a 2 ton weapon and think you're going to make home for dinner that night. Just my assessment.

There's plenty of videos out there that show people interacting with the cops do stupid things that get them shot, tased, beaten, etc., to make it less than novel. People in jail and prison, as a rule are generally pretty stupid to begin with.

Does it have to be novel are just dumbass to get a nomination? The Darwin Award celebrates profound stupidity that leds to getting removed from the gene pool. Isn't hitting an armed LEO with a car profoundly stupid?

Yes her dumbassory led to dumbass Officer Byrd taking target practice at her. She should not have trespassed in front of a dumbass Byrd even if she was unarmed and was no real danger to him. He should have arrested her not executed her.
