So, how much will Mandalay Bay be sued for?

Nobody said the families of victims "can't sue", did they? Suing doesn't mean winning. People who file frivolous lawsuits find that out eventually.

It will be interesting to see if contingent liability is brought to bear regarding any claims against the hotel.

Show me where I claimed they'd automatically win, shit4brains.

All I did was speculate on the size of the target judgements and possible out of court settlements.

You and your fucking brainless Trumptard boyfriends are the ones who jumped all over the idea that I claimed otherwise because none of you dumbfucks can read!!!!

You really are stupid, aren't you?

Show me where I said that you said they'd win, F. Lee Bullshitty.

I'll understand if you can't.

:rofl2:

At least 50 wrongful death lawsuits. Several hundred personal injury lawsuits.

Paddock exploited a hole in their security system in order to get the guns in his room.

Any guesses what the dollar value of the lawsuits might climb to?

Hundreds of millions or possibly even billions?

What security system? When was the last time your luggage was checked when you checked into a hotel? Has that ever happened to anybody here? Seriously. Did you think before you typed this? They didn't "exploit a loophole" people bring big luggage into those rooms all the frickin' time.

Christina Grimmie family sues Florida venue over her killing

The singer in the above incident was standing outside in the parking lot when she was shot and her family is suing the club.

The sooner you realize you're too fucking stupid to talk to me, the better off you'll be, sonny boy.

Now get off my leg.

The lawsuit was dismissed but Grimmie's family was given an opportunity to re-file the suit. The judge complained that the suit did not make enough of a distinction between the concert promoter and the venue owner.

It's a fucking ACCOUNTING term, you fucking idiot.

Has nothing to do with wrongful death or personal injury.

No wonder your "link" didn't work.

Stupid fuck.

They still sued, you turd.

Your desperation is really starting to stink.

Maybe you need to change your shorts.

Username fail.^

It was reported on the news earlier this morning.

Besides, it's pretty obvious he got around security, since I doubt it's the hotel policy to allow a guest to bring an arsenal into their room.

Try to think for yourself little fella.

And how are they to know what's being brought into a room?

Do the Hotels you frequent do baggage checks, for specific items?

Idiot #1

If the guy was able to sneak TEN WEAPONS into his room, I'm pretty sure a plaintiff attorney will allege that they did not, in fact, take "sufficient security measures".

Also, the threat of losing untold millions in a jury trial will usually cause most potential targets of lawsuits to settle out of court.

Idiot #2

I'm sure there are methods in place that no matter how far they went within the law, can and will be called into question by the family members of the dead and by those wounded themselves.

10 rifles can be easily brought in, in something as non-suspicious as a large golf bag and / or a large clothing bag.

Every hotel has security.

Every hotel has a no weapons allowed policy.

Security is the dept tasked with enforcement of the no weapons policy.

Paddock obviously got around whatever security measures the hotel had in place.

It's called "logic".

A brainless Trumptard like you wouldn't understand the concept.

"Every hotel has a no weapons allowed policy."??

You're really going to have to provide something more then just your say so, on this.

No.

My argument is based on the way we all know civil litigation works.

If something happens on your property that causes the death and/or injury of other people, even if they weren't on your property, youll be blamed for it by the injured parties or their families.

Especially if you're a mega wealthy corporation.

Anyone who doesn't understand that has had their head up their ass for the past several decades.

UNTRUE; because the one bringing the civil litigation would have to show how the place of business was at fault.
Something you have been unable to do and saying that it failed, is not proof.
