Trump needs to get checked for dementia, which his father and grandfather suffered. Maybe Trump needs to drool a bit more in public and rant about imaginary threats some more before he's declared mentally incompetent.

There's plenty of areas where "he has the same problem" makes sense (lying, corruption, #MeToo problems, etc). Biden's cognitive problems aren't one of them.

Well, let's see. Trump eats fast food every day and he never exercises. He's morbidly obese and he hardly sleeps. He drools in public. He struggles to sip water and needs both hands. He goes off on unfocused tangents and tweets really random, bizarre stuff. (I still don't know what "covfefe" is supposed to mean.) His vocabulary is increasingly shrinking. Etc., etc.
