Direct quote from Horowitz: "FBI and Department officials told us the Steele reporting, quote, "pushed the FISA proposal over the line", in terms of establishing probable cause. What part of "central and essential" are you having trouble with Gammy's Boy?

how so?......it became a plot against Trump at the point they realized they had nothing and continued to spy on his campaign......that's pretty obvious to everyone except the rabidly partisan demmycunts such as yourself......

The talking point is that since the investigation opened justifiably, therefore, the rest of it was adequately predicated. Horowitz didn’t make that claim but the Democrat media IS.

The really interesting question is this: who knew that the Trump/Russian investigation was on life support when it was subsumed by Mullet? Was Mullet briefed on it? Was the whole point in opening the Mullet investigation an attempt to provoke Trump into ‘obstructing’ it?

That question needs answered because it’s starting to look that way.

Conspiracy theory you mean lol?

There was no conspiracy between the Russians and Trump or Putin and Trump. And Mullet looked very, very hard for one. Apart from clearing the low bar of probable cause in the opening of the investigation, Horowitz proved that there never was a good reason to think there every was such a conspiracy. And as time went on there was seemingly *less* reason to think it.

Yet no one in a leadership stepped up and said ‘why do we keep chasing this? There’s nothing here’.

Just the opposite happened. Leaks were made to the media; Trump was briefed on the Dossier; the Dossier was floated by the FISA court. An S.C. was appointed. Was it simply because everyone hated Trump, they knew it was damaging him so they just didn’t want to stop it?

Or were they out to remove him via the ‘insurance policy’? The former is just ugly and the latter is getting real close to sedition. Either constitutes a malicious ‘abuse of power’—for anyone interested in that topic.

The Dossier was Russian sourced—and this didn’t raise *a single eyebrow* amongst a cabal of investigators who were investigating possible Russian influence in our politics?!?! Worse than that, they actually used it as evidence for a FISA warrant—to investigate Russian influence in our politics. This is Key Stone Cops stuff. It would be comical if it wasn’t so serious.

This wasn’t done by the same element of the agency that protects us from terrorists. It can’t be. We’d all be dead by now. Nope. Someone or some people went rogue or they were given some instructions by someone.

I refuse to accept that they are that inept.
