It's over Danny ... we've done this dance. You want to :bdh: to claim you are right, be my guest.

All you have is appeal to ignorance of US Constitutional law. All you need is valid legal arguments. Right-wingers only know how to lie not argue.

A lie by you that the chronology of the post clearly points out. You keep making claims and accusations that have no basis in reality to stubbornly cover your folly. Seems in this aspect you've adopted the tactics of the people you claim you are opposed.

You're done, Danny. Continue to :bdh:, I'll leave you to your lies, denials, dodges and repetition. Carry on.

The ONLY authoritative reference of the Constitution of the United States is the Constitution of the United States itself. NO court has authority to change or interpret the Constitution of the United States nor the constitution of any State.
Marbury v Madison solved that in 1803.
That is so stupid. The Supremes have exactly that as a job description. Do you live in a world of total fantasy?

You should type it again. Perhaps in a bigger font. However, the fact that you are flat-out wrong again will not change.

Go read the Constitution, dude.

So Marbury is too tough for you to understand? How about the simple plain fact that the Supremes have been doing exactly that since 1803. There is no discussion about what the court does. They interpret the constitution and use it as a framework for deciding cases. That is simply the fact at the core of our legal system. You can type that cannot a million more times, but the reality remains the same. The Supremes interpret the constitution. https://www.supremecourt.gov/about/constitutional.aspx You need help.

I agree with you that our federal Constitution is our supreme law of the law of the land in any conflict of laws.

All you have is gossip, hearsay, and soothsay. I am looking for better solutions at lower cost under our form of Capitalism.

Equal protection of our own laws is clearly the most (Pareto) Optimal solution.

It's irrelevant. No case or judgement can change the Constitution. They cannot usurp power for themselves, legally anyway.

Illegally.
There is no discussion about what the court does. They interpret the constitution and use it as a framework for deciding cases.
They do not have authority to interpret the Constitution.

No, it isn't. The Constitution IS the legal system here.
You can type that cannot a million more times, but the reality remains the same.
Define 'real'. The ONLY authoritative reference of the Constitution of the United States is the Constitution of the United States. You cannot use any court case as a reference.
The Supremes interpret the constitution.
They do not have the authority to.
A Holy Link to the Supreme Court is not an authoritative reference.
You need help.
No, YOU need to read the Constitution instead of discarding it.

Capitalism has no 'form'. It has nothing to do with the Constitution. It requires no government at all to function.

Lol. So you think that minimum wage should be tied to a worker's age? That's one way to exploit children, I suppose.

And, yes, if a business can't afford to stay in business, then that's not the worker's problem. If a business can only survive by paying its workers peanuts, and if having that same business is pay a living wage is what sinks the boat, then that business was in bad shape anyway.

Amazing how our corporatists here just can't handle a little critical analysis based on real/current life examples. They just ignore what they don't like and parrot the SOS.

There is no appeal to ignorance of economics.

Obviously you don't understand what capitalism actually is. The ignorance (and illiteracy) is yours.

Capitalism is nothing more than the voluntary production of goods and services, and marketed according to price discovery.
No government is needed.
Capitalism is what built whole cities out of the wilderness.
Capitalism is the ONLY economic system that creates wealth.
