Virginia's new Marxist governor, Spamburger is about to pass into law 25 new gun bills, including one that's patently illegal.

I really hope she signs that one. I could see some AR-15 owners in Virginia suing in a class action lawsuit demanding that the state either overturn and toss out this law or pay AR-15 owners for the loss of value on their AR-15's. The bill amounts to a "taking" by government.
Now, I don't know how many AR-15's are in Virginia but at something like $1500 to $3000 a pop that could quickly add up to more than half the state's budget being paid out to gun owners and dealers who can't sell this firearm.
I could see Spamburger quickly backpedaling on what could become a very expensive proposition for her state. I don't think she grasps the consequences of this bill in the least.

The deadline is set for April 13. If the governor does not sign, it will automatically become law.
