You are typical of the fucked up people living in Arizona.
Bigotry. Hoplophobia. Insulting the people of an entire State isn't going to get you very far.

No, it doesn't.It still requires proof of financial harm no matter what the source is.
It is actual malice. He doesn't have to show financial harm. Then because Rittenhouse is a public figure that was in the news it would then require proof of actual malice and lies for the statements that caused him actual financial harm.
Someone build those retarded/progressives a safe space! And, then, maybe teach them some basic law at some point during their four years...
Was OJ defending himself from Ron and Nicole? Why are progs so fucking retarded?
Chief Spreading Bull should be mocked. By everyone. I would have laughed so hard at the clown. The Sandman somehow maintained his composure. I guess you could accuse him of having no sense of humour.
Is that so?
A slander per se claim does not require that the plaintiff prove special damages.
This is because slander per se claims involve categories of defamatory statements that are presumed to be damaging to the plaintiff. While the categories may change a little from state to state, and evolve over the years, one of the most common slander per se categories is imputing criminal conduct to the plaintiff.
If the defamatory statement falls into the category of libel, the plaintiff only needs to prove the essential elements, i.e. 1) the defendant published a defamatory statement about the plaintiff and 2) other people were exposed to the statement.
There are no additional requirements because the law presumes that once the publication of a defamatory statement has been made in written or other formats, the statement will remain in the public sphere for a long time and continue to do harm.
Once the plaintiff has successfully proved defamation, "general damages" are presumed.
The plaintiff is not simply limited to damages reflecting his or her economic losses, but the mental anguish and other emotional distress that the law presumes to result from having your reputation harmed.
Depending on what the plaintiff proves about the defendant's intentions, and the type of defendant, punitive damages may also be awarded to the plaintiff.

This is quite right. There is no need to show financial damages.
Self defense isn't murder.Gosh, Legion. Do you have a hard time reading?
This is Wisconsin standards similar to your link.
1. It is a fact that Rittenhouse committed homicide.
Self defense isn't murder. It was ruled justified homicide by the jury when they accepted his self defense claim which is based on his admission that he committed homicide. Anyone claiming Rittenhouse committed murder would not be committing slander/libel since he did commit a homicide under the law.
Irrelevance fallacy.2. Unless you are claiming that conservatism is a horrible disease this doesn't apply.
3. Doesn't apply.
4. Rittenhouse is not a business since he is a 17 year old so it doesn't apply.
There is no 'higher standard'. You are making shit up.But then you failed to consider that Rittenhouse is a public figure. As such the requirements to prove slander are higher than for someone that isn't a public figure.
My understanding is that Rittenhouse was enrolled in an online only program.
The prick shot 3 people and soon as it is past, h wants to continue with his life as before. No biggie. Just killed 2 and blew the arm off another.
OJ was found not guilty of murder. Done.
They don't have any money, they're college students. The best you can hope for is to make them STFU for a bit.
I'd be inclined to initiate an asset search, and look for contingent liability.
Rittenhouse isn't a "public figure." The head of a large corporation is. A politician in a higher position is.
Rittenhouse may have wide notoriety, but that doesn't make him a public figure.
For what reasons?
That would be up to a bankruptcy judge. Bankruptcy does not discharge debts caused by legal action.
OJ was found not guilty of murder. Done.
OJ has been castigated far and wide
ROFLMAO. Quick question for you. Did Rittenhouse commit a homicide?
Unless you answer "yes" you would be slandering him under your idiotic argument.
