The only way that would be remotely possible would be if there was zero planning and zero electronic communications between Rhodes and his underlings prior to the ‘insurrection’.
It’s easily more plausible that Rhodes was working either as an informant or under cover AND that he was running a honey pot to attract willing actors that would go unarmed into the Capitol and riot. It explains why he’s not indicted [they can’t] and it explains why they were unarmed [he and whoever was running the operation wanted to limit the violence].

A detailed investigation would require the cooperation of China, do you really think China is going to cooperate? If China doesn’t cooperate an investigation is useless.

These slack jawed rubes said in their social media they were going to fight to keep Trump in power, and they used revolutionary lexicon like: tree of liberty has to be watered with blood.

I don’t have proof but I have evidence that implies that this was an intelligence operation that either got out of hand or actually fulfilled its intended purpose.
Proof would require an actual investigation and let’s not hold our breath waiting for that to happen.
