we have a muslim faith family 4 doors down, she never gets in or out of the car unless the garage door is closed completely. She never walks in the neighborhood with her family. He gives everyone the the evil eye for even looking her direction when she is in the car. The neighbors closes to her say they have seen them march a live goat into the house more than once meaning a killing in the garage or bathtub is coming.

I guess what traditional things they wear is based on their particular sect, too. My lab partner in A&P was from Pakistan. She wore regular American style clothing with a hijab over her hair. She had them in all sorts of pretty colors, some with sequins and sparkly "gems" sewn on. She also said they were hotter than hell and hated wearing them in a St. Louis summer. lol

A friend of mine converted to Islam and chose to wear the hajib, she also had many beautiful ones.
