Tense mood grips Tulsa as Trump fans and protesters gather ahead of campaign rally

 Ding! Ding! Ding! I think we have a Winner.

Supporters can cheer on President Trump, but then they better get home.

Tulsa Mayor G.T. Bynum, a Republican, declared a civil emergency Thursday and announced a curfew near the arena where Trump plans to hold a campaign rally on Saturday.

Bynum cited recent “civil unrest” “crowds in excess of 100,000” who plan to attend the rally and protests in response to the rally in his decision to place a curfew for the six-block radius near the arena.

I have received information from the Tulsa Police Department and other law enforcement agencies that shows that individuals from organized groups who have been involved in destructive and violent behavior in other States are planning to travel to the city of Tulsa for purposes of causing unrest in and around the rally,” Bynum wrote in the executive order.

... isn't that where the Revolutionaries won?

"Battle of San Jacinto
The Battle of San Jacinto, fought on April 21, 1836, in present-day Houston, Texas, was the decisive battle of the Texas Revolution. Led by General Samuel Houston, the Texan Army engaged and defeated General Antonio López de Santa Anna's Mexican army in a fight that lasted just 18 minutes.Wikipedia

Yup, antifa will run right over the Trump supporters like the Texans overran the Mexicans at San Jacinto. (Saun Wah-ceen-toh: pronounce it correctly; say its name).

Yes. They lured the Mexican army into a trap,......then slaughtered them. ;)

Not by popular vote? He has never ever had majority support, surely?

Popular vote doesnt matter. Its like winning the booby prize. Doesnt mean shit and shinola. Electoral college matters,... nothing else.

Means what the People think, kid. What else matters?

What else matters? Oh, maybe election law. How we run things and have for years. Electoral college. THAT is how elections are won and lost in this country. Got it,.... kid ?

He barely got in the first time. He has made a royal mess of things. He has not brought in any more support. His antics have motivated many against him. It is unlikely the nation will give him another term.
