I was campaigning for gary johnson during the 2016 election...........and you'd have to be a certified idiot as a Libertarian to not appreciate gridlock. Only a certified moron would want one single party dominating the house, senate, and white house............unless it's the Libertarian party.....

If libertarianism was a good idea, wouldn't at least one country have tried it? Wouldn't there be at least one country, out of nearly two hundred, with minimal government, free trade, open borders, decriminalized drugs, no welfare state and no public education system, no Environmental laws to protect the environment, no Federal Treasury, No Federal Bank, No Taxation, No penal Code? REALLY?

Having a few safety nets to protect the poor people is not socialism. Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security is not socialism, as they are basically safety nets. And everyone pays Social Security up until they retire! Every Free Government in the world has government provided safety nets.

Socialism is a type of government where everybody works in Government jobs and the government in return houses and feeds them. THAT IS NOT NOW, NOR HAS IT EVER BEEN, NOR WILL IT EVER BE THE WAY IT IS HERE IN AMERICA.
