The Deplorable Blue Collars, truckers, farmers, smelly Walmarters & bitter clingers

He probably calls people convicted of murder "criminals" just to dehumanize them.

Look Flash, I know that tearing families apart and putting kids in concentration camps is what you voted for in 2016, but to equate undocumented migrants with murderers because both committed a crime is like saying apples and oranges are the same thing because they're both fruit.

Yes it would have because by voting for Clinton, you take ownership of your choice.

A choice that looks pretty fucking good in retrospect, doesn't it?

I can take ownership of my choice now. I did exactly what a majority of Americans did since neither Trump or Hillary got a majority of popular votes.

They are immigrants who came here the ILLEGAL way..

Who cares how they came here? Only someone terrified into thinking they'll be replaced. Like the tree of life shooter, who also called them "illegals".

No, your moral failing is that because of Multiculturalism your Jewish people will one day be extinct.

Judiasm for me isn't about the religion, or God...it's about the covenant you have with other people to treat them humanely, and to defend them from those with malice in their hearts and minds.

Immigrants aren't the ones who take your job or kill you or whatever...capitalists do that.

I was not comparing immigrants with murderers, but commenting on your attack on WitoldPilecki for referring to immigrants in a term that does not fit your political correct criteria.

First you say our corporate tax rate is still higher than countries where corporations flee and now you say it is too low.

No, Flash, you're the one saying that.

You're the one who said that the effective rate was about 11%. You're also the one who supported lowering the actual rate to 22%. So how did lowering the actual rate make us "more competitive" when we already were competitive thanks to the low effective rate?

Do you see what I'm getting at?

You claim that the high nominal rate made us "uncompetitive", yet very few, if any, businesses even pay that rate. So then you said, "yeah the effective rate is like 11%", which is pretty much what it was before the tax cut. The tax cut didn't seem to change the effective rate much, did it? But what did change? Revenues. Now, we have a trillion dollar deficit thanks solely to tax cuts.

So explain to me how a country with an 12% effective tax rate wasn't competitive, when the global average was higher before you cut taxes?

Millions & millions of Americans support going against Illegals, and haven't shot up Tree of Life.

FYI.
Latinos, Blacks, and Muslims are more anti-Semitic than White Americans.

Well, I guess we'll never know because of the shitty choice you and millions like you made in 2016.

Own that shit. You made the choice, and now you don't want to own the consequences? What a baby.

What do you mean we'll never know? Trump won my state by over 800,000 votes. How would my one vote for Hillary have changed the election. And if Hillary won my state she would have still lost the electoral college.

Do some math

Good. I don't want government getting more revenue.

So this is a personal thing with you. Why don't you want government getting more revenue to pay for things? Because you don't trust yourself with more money, so why would you trust the government?

This is not an indictment of government, but an implication of a guilty conscience.

I've learned over the years that often times the thing you have a problem with is often masking something deeper and personal, an unfulfilled or unmet need from your own personal life (probably childhood) that was never addressed.

Government is fine so long as you elect people to it who don't hate it as an institution.

It's a self-fulfilling prophecy, and we're seeing it play out in real time right now.

Instead, we care going to stimulate China's economy since that is where most of the stimulus money will go.

No. Most of the borrowing for this is going to be from ourselves, not China. But it's interesting how you immediately pivot to China instead of owning the consequences of your poor choices that got us here in the first place.

Had we not cut taxes in 2018, we probably would be in a much better position to address this crisis, that you were warned about happening back in 2016 but didn't take it seriously and thought you could be cool and clever with your wasted vote for Gary fucking Johnson. Well done, idiot.

No, because the deficit has no bearing on the economy.

It never has and it never will.

But 15% of the federal income taxes you pay goes for interest on the debt. Just think how that that $574.6 billion could be spent on something more useful. So, the debt does affect the economy.

I'm not talking about borrowing from China. I'm talking about much of the stimulus money being spent on products from China.

But I think some of the borrowing will still come from China since we can't sell $2 trillion worth of treasuries without them.

Everything. Medicare reports (so it is probably low) $60 billion in fraud and waste. Go to competitive bidding which has reduced costs by 40% in trial programs

So you think that, magically, will make up the $1.4T deficit your tax cuts caused? $60B from Medicare + All the discretionary spending cuts (all of it, including things like the IRS and FBI) you're still looking at a half trillion dollar deficit.

So your math doesn't even work out, assuming your rosy projections.

Also, who picks up the slack on all that spending you cut?

Because when you cut government spending, you're also cutting economic growth and not making it up anywhere.

So spending cuts are a recipe for a recession.

Also, our current state is what happens when you cut the administrative state; chaos in a crisis. So thanks for that too.

I worked in government long enough to know agencies are largely motivated by increasing their budget and mission rather than serving the public.

I don't believe you worked in government. I think you're exaggerating.

I can take ownership of my choice now. I did exactly what a majority of Americans did since neither Trump or Hillary got a majority of popular votes.

Yeah, and thanks to that choice you made, we are all suffering now.

Way to go idiot. Good work. Wonderful judgment. Fantastic instincts. I'm sure the families of the 20,000 people dead from this crisis are grateful that you made such a shitty choice in 2016.

Yes, it is personal. I have seen how people in government are greedy and seek more for themselves and their agency without regard to the public good. I'm not against government spending in principle, just in practice.

You may be right about the guilty conscience. I feel guilty about how taxpayers think their money is being spent wisely when those spending it often do not care. If you don't feel guilty about it you should be ashamed about your lack of concern for your fellow Americans.
