The Deplorable Blue Collars, truckers, farmers, smelly Walmarters & bitter clingers

So, they can seek revenge.

Is that because that's what you would do?

So you're just projecting your worst instincts on people. YOU would seek revenge. And because YOU would, you think everyone would.

So not only are you a xenophobe but you're also an egomaniac.

One who doesn't want to accept blame for causing this to happen through the poor choices you've made.

Because,
If I had a time machine.

I would for the sake of my Poland go to 1930's Poland.

Tell them to make alliances with Mussolini, Horthy, Franco, and the rest of Catholic Europe before Hitler could.

It may or may not have worked.

But, these dictators weren't Hitler's, they have mass murder tolls more like W. Bush than like Hitler.

Well, if I had a time machine, I'd go back to 2016 and warn you that the choice you're about to make is a bad one.

Maybe then we shouldn't elect any to positions of power anymore, then?

No, it was taken lightly by the "America First" crowd. The people who said letting Jewish refugees in would "destroy the traditional and fundamental values of our nation".

There were plenty of people sounding the alarm. Like Walter Winchell.

I'm so glad letting in Jewish refugees didn't destroy the tradition & fundamental values of our nation.
(Wink, wink)

When some refugee shoots up a Synagogue.

I'll say "I told you so"?

Deal?

Well, a synagogue was already shot up, but not by a refugee. By a Conservative who didn't want refugees here and thought the synagogue was going to bring them in to replace him.

In 2018.

In Pittsburgh.

So it's sad that you are warning us about something a nativist already did.

Also, there are plenty of Palestinians who live in the US already, and none of them have shot up a synagogue like the MAGAt did in 2018. In fact, the first elected Palestinian Representative to the House endorsed Bernie Sanders, who is Jewish.

In fact, Bernie won >90% of the Muslim vote in the Democratic Primaries in 2020 and his campaign co-chair is/was Muslim.

LMFAO.
With the electoral college, voting out of New York means nothing.

No, not really, because your vote is still your vote. Choosing to do as you did in 2016, electoral college or not, is still a choice you made that you must own all the consequences of. Even when you don't think you should because you think your vote is "meaningless".

The question you and millions like you should ask yourself is; what if your vote isn't meaningless? Because then you threw it away in 2016, and are responsible for all of this.

Amen! And WTF is their corrupt PM still in power? What is wrong with these Israelis? And I'm Jewish.

Same problems we have here; a recalcitrant, fundamentalist religious minority with outsized power and no track record of success that is backed by wealthy interests.

Ever hear of the Hypercacher kosher supermarket siege?

The Monsey stab attacker's father was a Illegal Immigrant granted amnesty by Reagan.

Yes, really.

Because New York hasn't voted Red since Reagan.

If it did, it means pretty much the whole country is like under Reagan.

There is absolutely no reason to vote if you live in New York.

Synagogues are getting shot up in the USA about once a year. A year and a half ago, we had the worst antisemitic terrorist attack I would in American history. This is a time of rising antisemitic violence...

But it is NEVER the refugees, and it is always the people who hate the refugees.

Per capita Muslims are far more violently anti-Semitic than Whites.

Let me ask you this?

If a group is per capita a way, but in the minority & continues to grow in size to the majority?

What happens?

The tendencies grow.

Which happened in FRANCE

The Monsey stab attackers father? But not the actual guy, right? Because he was an American, wasn't he?

So, because Muslims attack Jews in their place in France, it can't happen here?

PS.
You are aware many who worked in the WTC were Jews?

Is that a coincidence on 9/11?

Yes, really.

Doesn't matter, man. You still made the choice you made and in hindsight, it was probably the wrong one.

If you're spending this much time defending that poor choice, maybe you should just admit it was a poor choice.

I don't mind if you do that and say "not voting for Clinton was probably a mistake me and millions of others like me made".

What if your vote isn't meaningless, though? Egads, that would mean you are responsible for it.

So it's sad to see how little respect you have for your own vote, if you think it'd be neat to toss it away, along with millions of other people.

Not voting, or voting 3P, was a mistake you and millions of others like you made. There's no harm in admitting it, but there's plenty of malice in defending it.

Thinking your vote is "meaningless" is the ultimate in narcissism; it's you actively trying to absolve yourself of guilt for making a bad choice. That's all I want you to acknowledge.

Tell them[Poland] to make alliances with Mussolini, Horthy, Franco, and the rest of Catholic Europe before Hitler could. It may or may not have worked.

IT DID NOT WORK!!!

Poland was nominally Catholic fascist, and had an alliance with all the other Catholic fascists. That included Italy, and Spain, but also the Austro-fascists. Italy was one of the main defenders of all.

The first two times that the Germans threatened the Austro-fascists, Italy threatened Germany with war. Germany was actually afraid to go to war with Italy. The third time, Hitler had convinced Mussolini to back off. Mussolini abandoned his fellow Catholic fascists, and so both Austria, and later Poland fell.

Nazism was not the only flavor of fascism, but none of the other flavors were willing to stand up against Hitler.
