That would be a violation of the law if they took it for that reason. She is not under indictment so they can not restrict her movements without going to court and getting a court order.

Yet somehow calling people who voted diffently than you do Deplorable filth and GARBAGE is A ok ? Obviously not to the majority of people as you were TAUGHT in 2016 and again in 2024.

You're confused about why investigators would seize a passport during an investigation into allegedly falsified immigration and citizenship records?

Because a passport is legally the property of the U.S. government rather than the individual, federal agencies have specific mechanisms to seize or retain it during an investigation or legal proceeding. [1]

How the FBI Can Take a Passport
The FBI can obtain or restrict a passport through several legal avenues:
  • Search and Seizure Warrants: If a federal judge issues a search warrant, FBI agents can seize a physical passport if it is listed as evidence of a crime, ***used to establish identity,***or related to illegal travel. ( Asterisks are mine)

We have no clue as to the evidence against Omar and they may have taken her passport.

I'm all for deporting people who don't follow the rules or lie on their paperwork or about their intentions.

Elon Musk came here on a student visa, went to Stanford for 2 days and quit to work on this business start-up, which is illegal. You have to be a full-time student to work on a student visa.

Melania was illegally paid for 10 modeling jobs, before her visa allowed it.

Get 'em all out, right?
