I doubt that would happen in this case, but even if her legal father is not her biological father, it really does not matter. There have been cases of mothers sleeping with other men, or of fathers adopting children before. They have already worked that into the law. He was her legal father for 17 years, that is all that is needed. Her citizenship is 100% legal.
