The introduction of the Potomac river water to fill the reflecting pool was under the Obama renovation. The river was a cesspool back then also.

Obama doomed? The pool was built in the 1920s. Obama did a simple repair. Trump ripped the pool apart. This was Daffy Donald's problem from beginning to end. He said it would be a beautiful blue. Now of course, it is everybody else's problem. Trump never accepts responsibility.
