Just like the Republicans not putting all the BBB into effect till AFTER the mid terms.
Why is there something in there that they don't want people to know about?
Something that will hurt the American public?
Just try reading it, it is so full of changes it takes an army of lawyers to figure it all out.

Well just look at the educational systems in states like Miss. Al. GA and other . they don't rank very high on the scale.
I guess they have to adjust to the IQ of the people that live there, and it isn't too high.
