When it happened is not an element of the crime.

If a kid went missing 25 years ago, and his decomposed body is found with knife wounds to the bones behind the throat, did a murder happen, likely… do we know the date, no.

Lots of crimes are discovered years later.

Mrs.Carol offered uncontroverted testimony and the jury believed it, thus Trump was found to have raped her. Paid her 5 million dollars.

Stormy didn’t get as much, but that was consensual.

No dumbass but if youre going to claim person A did you better be able to prove they were there.
