It's worth NOTING HERE this is a thing. I've never heard of this legal action. You learn something new everyday, if you are lucky. I'll assume most of us haven't (though I think we have a few legal eagles here). How's it different than a 'class action'. I know what it says below, I still don't get the difference? #'s or jurisdictions or...?

The minute Biden is sworn in, trump will try to flee the country to avoid indictments and convictions that will send him behind bars for the short remainder of his miserable life. There is no way he can face the music. It's either flee or suicide. In either case, all his property will be liquidated and all members of his family will "go to the poorhouse."
