I can't wait until an official announcement is made so I can shove this in QP's face... He denies all of the background reality that is occurring as we speak. Hassett has already let it slip as to what is happening, and Trump's attitude towards Canada is also another indicator.

Mexico is at this point a failed state. There really can be no agreement until a legitimate government replaces the ruling criminal cartels who currently run the country.
