57 percent of californias forest land is Federal. Why didn't Trump sweep the forest floors?

The Feds are in the process of forest management and cleaning the forests now. The forest fire s have generally started on private land like the gender reveal fire started they then become MUCH more intense and sweep uncontrolled across private state and Federal lands.

Now I don't, nor have ever, lived in California, I have a Woody Allen/Jerry Seinfeld view of California, yet I don't believe I am wrong when I say that urban sprawl hasn't been a recent trend in California, nearly the whole State has always been from the jump based upon urban sprawl. In addition, again going back decades, transit systems were never a biggie there also
