Have helped reduce the deficit and stopped a lot more liberal legislation from passing as occurred during the first two years of the Obama administration.

Republicans also control 31 Governorships and a large number of state legislatures so if that is losing what would you call what Democrats are doing?
 
The court’s decision in Fisher v. University of Texas announced that the quest to end affirmative action has failed.

In the late 1980s and the 1990s, the court cut back substantially on the permissibility of affirmative action, leading people on both sides of the issue to think that such programs were on the road to being banned entirely.

Many observers thought that two cases involving admissions at the University of Michigan in 2003 would be the occasion of that final ban.

When Justice Sandra Day O’Connor cast a deciding vote to approve Michigan’s law-school admissions system, affirmative action got a reprieve. But when O’Connor retired and was replaced by Justice Samuel Alito, a strong critic of affirmative action, opponents of affirmative action took heart, hoping that their vision was again within reach.

But it was not to be. Justice Anthony Kennedy, whose views on affirmative action have not always been clear, has now firmly endorsed the practice in university admissions, and his participation gives the court a clear majority for the proposition.

Too much power for the federal SC. And this is not a partisan opinion. Oh, we have these justices on our side and they have..... The state supreme courts should handle most of what the grand S.C. decides. These lawyers in their black robes are making laws. That job is supposed to be handled by congress .. according to the constitution.

All these social issues are supposed to be handled by the states respectively. Americans sitting around like they're watching a sporting event waiting for the lawyers to determine how they should live with their decisions needs to go some day. We must start taking away their law making powers which are unconstitutional by putting term limits on these appointed S.C. judges.

The supreme court is supposed to decide federal disputes and not stick it's legislative nose into the business of we the people in the states.

Monday’s decision in Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt indicated that a solid majority of the court intends to protect the right to choose an abortion.

Until this year, conservatives seeking to end abortion or affirmative action could plausibly think that a setback or a half-measure victory at the Supreme Court represented only a pause on the way to eventual success—that within the foreseeable future, with another case or one more sympathetic justice, the cause would be finally won.

With Justice Scalia’s seat vacant, the movement to shift constitutional doctrine further to the right may be running out of time.

winning? You control all of that yet their agendas are getting passed. All you manage to do is slow what they try to do down. Its like the long defeat. You may fight the good fight but at the end of the day you get defeated. Honestly its really because you are not willing to engage dems the way they engage you. but thats another discussion.

Meanwhile Nationalists have been on an upsurge just the last year and half the country agrees in theory to a muslim ban (not like it can be implemented) and we have brexit setting the democrat globalist cause back hundreds of years. Even in campuses we are fighting back. With #thechalkening and milo and steven doing their campus tours we bring the new republican message to the young. All while fighting the established republican party that you represent who side with the democrats.

That they actually care about the workers? You just told me earlier that you gave up on campuses :) now you want to change it. Remember weve only really had the reins for less than a year. Youve had it for decades and accomplished nothing.

Although honestly it is good for us. If your side of the republican party were not so incompetent the people would never let us try because they would be happy with your leadership.

So I guess a thank you is in order :)

This is not meant as a personal attack but you clearly don't understand what you support economically. You have bought into a vision of the future that there is no basis for.

So Milo is how you are going to take over college campuses? Again, not attacking you here but just trying to understand where you are coming from. Did you go to college? Do you know what goes on college campuses? Because again, based on your comments here I don't know that you do.
