Throughout American History, who did more for Blacks, Democrats or Republicans?

I guess asking the huge majority of blacks today who vote for Dems might answer some questions......WE know the history and how it changed over the civil rights acts in the 60s. They vote how they vote. Spin it how you want..........
 
Programs that help minorities are passed over the NO votes of righties. The Dems have been, historically and are today, the party that has helped blacks and other minorities. The Reds have used their power to help the super-rich and corporations with the help of evangelicals. It appears easy to convince people to vote against their own best interests.
