I watched significant portions of the poorly viewed town hall. Biden very clearly babbled during portions of the Town Hall. Why are you lying and saying he didn't?

This may be a classic case of the written word not totally reflecting the spoken word. Transcriptionists frequently clean up extra unneeded syllables. My wife is a Federal Court reporter.

Again, what did I deflect from? The topic is still Biden's town hall interview.
I posted the tweet because they have enough problems to worry about than obsessing over a president that isn't even their president.
First, explain the ENTIRE interview. Was he stuttering at any other time? Did he lose his train of thought?
Secondly, being president is a hard job. Trump said so himself. You can see that it wore him out.
Obama is so far from being involved. Maybe Hillary is running everything?
