and many others were physically attacked, arrested, or received death threats?

This is an attack on the 1st Amendment!.. No, it's not. Don Lemon broke the law. Being a journalist doesn’t get you a free pass for committing crimes. Plain and simple. Don Lemon belongs in jail. Cry more.

Ya that allegation got me, because it only makes sense if he was doing journalism at the Church in MN......but so far as I see no one is claiming that.
