Trump Approved "Christianity"

It's in the article,
https://www.christianpost.com/news/...st-fruits-offering-up-to-1-months-pay-212716/

which quotes from 'Pastor' White's video:

>> "It is GOD'S PRINCIPLE OF FIRST FRUITS ... When you don't honor it, whether through ignorance or direct disobedience, there are consequences," White warns. She then suggests that the consequence could be "struggle" and giving a first fruits offering can help protect donors from it. <<

And it came to pass that the people watched the video, and lo ...

Nice try. This was the claim.
Trump spiritual adviser warns followers of ‘consequences’ if they don’t send her up to a month’s salary

Where does she say that again? Oh that's right, she doesn't.

Did you know that both Clintons have disclosed their full income tax returns for 30+ years? Unlike SOME folks.

What was that really small country that the Clinton Foundation was supposed to be providing aide to; but for some reason, most of the funds went towards other things??

I forget the name.

Spikka da English?

Yep, exactly. Doesn't say what is alleged. Do you read?

Here it is again for your edification.

Sooooo, where's the part about "consequences if you don't send her up to a months salary"?

The part you keep trying to pretend says that is just standard Christian doctrine, every pastor preaches about what the Bible has to say about giving. Libs even like to beat other's over the head about "Jesus' teachings" in that regard, when it suits them.

From the article: "She then suggests that the consequence could be "struggle" and giving a first fruits offering can help protect donors from it."

Does every pastor say that? And in case the faithful didn't get the message:

HONOR GOD WITH YOUR FIRST FRUITS OFFERING - CLICK THE DONATE BUTTON!

She is selling God's favor. If you see nothing wrong with that, you're welcome, and I have no more to say.

Look, I'm no fan of this "pastor", but you're just lying about what she said. Period, end of story. No amount of twisting her words, or posting partial quotes will change that. Try the truth, it'll set you free.;)

How predictable.

PMP claims there is no corroboration to back up our claim, I then point out precisely WHERE to look for corroboration of what was claimed, and PMP's only response is more name calling.

lol.....claims the name-caller in chief....look, if you know jack shit about theology, perhaps you ought not comment on it....

Here, maybe this will help. It's a screenshot I just got from her very own Paula White the Charlatan web site. ( https://paulawhite.org/firstfruits )

you would probably be more credible if you actually listened to what she said.....true, she did solicit donations of $50 to $100......she also talked about giving God a day, a week or a month worth of income......now, unless you want to apologize for having your head up your ass, I suspect you've already exhausted your contributions to the issue......

Are these people lying?

"The concept of biblical first fruits is real, but as I read your article I can't help but feel as though you're being manipulative. Laying the foundation for first fruits and then launching into a 'financial seed' campaign seems to be a misuse/abuse of the biblical intention," Christian mom Heather Norton told White on Twitter Tuesday morning.

CompellingTruth.org, an outreach effort by a group of trained Christian experts at Got Questions Ministries, agrees. While some preachers today use the concept to encourage their parishioners to give an offering above and beyond tithing, the Bible does not support it as a requirement for Christians.

"The ways in which churches use the phrase (and the practice) vary in theological truth. To say that 'laying down a seed' so that God will make someone rich, or that you can pay off God to bless future plans, is an abusive lie from adherents of the prosperity gospel ... To give an offering in thanks that God provided is perfectly acceptable. But if a church wants to have a period of fund-raising, it would be better to have a specific purpose and not just try to spiritualize the desire to have more capital in the bank," they further explain.
