Yeah.....He's a moron, you forgot to mention the FEDS under BHO were using this EXECUITIVE ORDER (illegal as hell law as a POTUS has no authority change any law)…….to LAND GRAB and prosecute innocent farmers and ranchers attempting to make a living.

Obama's new rule Called the Clean Water Act was supposed to exempt farmers and ranchers from the new order. It did the opposite, The Waters of the US aka the Clean Water Rule or WOTUS was used to sue a farmer for 2.8 million in one instance because the farmer (John Durarte) plowed his field without a permit from Big Brother because the FED declared his land as being a "seasonal wetland". Another US citizen living in Montana (Joe Robertson) was actually Jailed for 18 months under the OBAMA rule...why? It was fire season and he made several ponds around his ranch as a firebrake. The Feds declared the 1ft stream running on his property (the source for the pond water)…..as a Navigable waterway.

Yeah....this fascist property seizing act sure was designed to protect the environment. Again....the radical left wing court system attempted to defeat Mr. Trump when he attempted to change the language in the RULE...its not even a legislated law, its a change.....but a court declared that Mr. Trump did not have the authority to change the law by Executive fiat.....even through the law came into existence via an OBAMA executive fiat, much like the DACA bullshit. Obama can make new laws by fiat...but Trump can't change them? So Trump did the only thing he could do...he did not change the rule...He rolled it back/rescinded it under his constitutional authority.
