Clearly the company run by Trump is going to trial for crimes. The question remains, is Trump aware of everything that goes on the company he personally runs or he is oblivious to the theft by employees that goes on in the company he runs? Much of the tax case revolves around Weisselberg and the Trump company avoiding taxes by writing off the "gifts" as business expenses and thus trying to hide compensation for employees.

Are you claiming the Trump Corporation is not going to trial? Did they suddenly plead guilty and I missed it?
It's pretty clear the Trump Corporation was indicted. I don't have to rely on the media for that.

It's very much about the company.
The indictment was of Weisselberg and the Trump Corporation. Weisselberg plead guilty and the Trump Corporation is still going to trial.
