Trump helping out his buddy, again

Why are you in such a horror-panic to avoid acknowledging that Zelenskyy could have ended the conflict long ago?
Zelenskyy is one man. Had the Ukrainians not been willing to defend themselves, Zelenskyy would have been able to do nothing about it.

The Ukrainians defend themselves because they release surrender is worse than the war.

And we are back to the question: why aren't you able to call it a war?

Putin bans it from being called a war,
You don't know the difference between Putin and Russia? How stupid. You do not live in Russia, do you?
As anyone who is a native english speaker would understand, Putin uses his power as leader of Russia to punish people who call it a war. I can say it is a war without fear of Putin because I live far from Russia. Why are you having a problem calling this a war? Why can't you admit that Putin invaded Ukraine?

Had Zelenskyy put the lives of his citizens first, and been willing to make a deal, the conflict would have been over long ago.
Zelenskyy refused to hand his people over for genocide.

Trump faces bipartisan backlash over waiving Russia sanctions

Washington — President Trump is getting bipartisan blowback over his surprise decision to waive new sanctions on Russia two days before they were to go into effect.
....................
“Beyond irresponsible,” GOP Sen. Thom Tillis of North Carolina said of the president’s latest move, calling it “unconscionable that this administration is capitulating to a Russian dictator who illegally invaded Ukraine and butchers innocent civilians every single day.”

“If the president wants to actually bring down energy prices, he can do it by solving the Iran problem, not by doing a solid for Vladimir Putin,” Tillis added.

. . . . . . .

GOP Sen. John Cornyn of Texas agrees and said of the sanction waiver, “Lindsey would be appalled.”

“Helping Putin in Ukraine is reckless,” Cornyn said. “He would not stop with Ukraine and our NATO allies would be next. Putin is fanatically committed to restoring Russia’s glory days, calling the collapse of the Soviet Union “the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century” and claiming Russia was “robbed” in the breakup.”

Sen. Kevin Cramer, a North Dakota Republican, said on “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” that he shared his colleagues’ position, arguing that “capitulating to a bully generally means they’re going to make more demands going forward.”

Whatever happened to separation of powers? What good is congress if the POTUS can just EO away whatever they pass?

Zelenskyy is one man.
So is Putin. So is Trump.

Had the Ukrainians not been willing to defend themselves,
One man, Zelenskyy, made that decision. One man did that.

Zelenskyy would have been able to do nothing about it.
He was the one man who did it; Zelenskyy made that decision for 150,000+ military and 17,000+ civilians, that they should die. One man.

The Ukrainians defend themselves because they release surrender is worse than the war.
Nope. Ukranians die because they are thrown in harm's way. Guess who threw them all into harm's way. Hint: it's one man.

And we are back to the question: why aren't you able to call it a war?
When did you declare what I can and cannot do? Why can't you call it a conflict? Why can't you call it a needless slaughter?

As anyone who is a native english speaker would understand
On that point, what is your first language? By the way, in English, we spell "realize" R-E-A-L-I-Z-E, not "R-E-L-E-A-S-E", i.e.
"The Ukrainians defend themselves because they release surrender is worse than the war."

By the way, we native English speakers capitalize "English".

Putin uses his power as leader of Russia to punish people who call it a war.
Nope. Putin is only one man, remember?

I can say it is a war without fear of Putin because I live far from Russia.
Can you capitalize "English"? That's the question.

Why are you having a problem calling this a war?
I think you are confusing me with someone else, however, now that I know that it bothers you, I'll refer to the Russia-Ukraine conflict as a "disagreement."

Why can't you admit that Putin invaded Ukraine?
Putin never entered Ukraine; Putin is only one man.

Zelenskyy refused to hand his people over for genocide.
Zelenskyy could have ended this disagreement long ago and saved many lives, but instead he opted to send his fellow countrymen to the slaughter house.

One man, Zelenskyy, made that decision. One man did that.
Ukraine was collapsing, so one man could not make that decision. Millions of people fought to defend Ukraine, when there was no communication from leadership.

Even today, if Ukrainians thought surrendering to Putin was better than fighting to defend their families, they could surrender to the Russians.

I'll refer to the Russia-Ukraine conflict as a "disagreement."
Why not call it a war?

I didn't even see the beginning of the post. I saw the end and knew it was you - Putin lover.

Which is, at a national level, I am voting for all Democrats. Republicans are useless.

Ditto. I can see MAGATs' point about needing a huge change in our government. The (D)s are a part of the quagmire too. But even so they are a far better option than the fascist authoritarianism and incompetence of the current (R) fiasco.

I can assure you th at Ukrainians' resolution is strong as ever. They have a saying "No lights, no water, but no Russians!" in Kiev. My best friend from college came from Ukraine. Her brother and cousins are still there in Kiev.

Just because trump is a coward, does not mean Ukrainians have to be... Or put another way, even if Ukrainians were cowards, they would be far more afraid of what the Russians would do to them if they lost.

You don't get to assert that one man could not make that decision when one man made that decision.

Millions of people fought to defend Ukraine,
One man sent 150,000+ military to their deaths, and another 17,000 civilians.

Even today, if Ukrainians thought surrendering to Putin
... to Putin, or to Russia? When it comes to Zelinskyy, you are quick to point out that he is only one man while you wisk him out of the equation, but then you take one man, Putin, and you make him the embodiment of practically everything.

As it stands, you don't know the difference between a country and one man.

At least the S&P 500 Index is just about "well below" 5,000 at

S&P 500 : 7,623.68

Just give it a day or two.

Why not call it a war?
Because it bothers you that I call it a "disagreement".

Yep.

Here's a puzzler. So Trump attacks Iran which has done nothing to us, ostensibly for "regime change" and to supposedly give Iranians a chance to create their own democracy. Meanwhile, Ukraine is fighting desperately to keep their democracy. Yet for whatever reason (his quid pro quo with Zelenskyy that got him impeached) he won't support THEIR efforts.

I smell a rat, don't you?
