You know the whole lot of them are dirty.

I can only presume no charges are filed against Trump or his family yet because they are starting with the low hanging fruit and working their way up.

Maybe they need witnesses to seal their case.

If there is a run on note calling, Trump Org will simply declare bankruptcy and the notes will never be paid in full. How much is left after Uncle Sam is paid is a guess.

I'm not sure if they can garnish a Former Presidents pension. Unless he is found guilty of inciting the Jan. 6th insurrection. I guess Congress would have to make that decision. What do you think?

It is huge, but it is not satisfactory if he escapes justice. He's a crook. He should be in prison.

If he never serves a day it is an indictment against our justice system. It makes the USA a mockery in the eyes of the world. It gives the right justification for supporting oligarchs.
 
So does he roll for the prosecution like a labradoodle on its back for bellyrubs or or go down swinging and biting for the orange king?

I think it is income and the IRS is pretty powerful. I'm not a tax lawyer nor accountant.

I'm in this for a pound of flesh. You know the orange criminal avoided a few billion in taxes over the years illegally
with his overly aggressive avoidance schemes. Meanwhile a little guy will get jailed for non filing on poverty pay
or taxes penalties and interest compounded...well we all know the truth.

Trump needs to be made fucking poor. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

Yes he's a crook and he should be in prison. I simply doubt he will be just like Hillary and GW Bush, among others, weren't.

If Trump was still in the WH selling pardons, I think he'd go down defending Trump. Since that's not going to happen, I think he'll roll over like a trained circus pony.

Actually, that failure to lose the election brought us what you mention above.

We might never be out of the woods. The SC finished off the Voting Rights Act today.

People were warned about the importance of voting in '16, specifically citing the Supreme Court.

They didn't care.

The notes won't be paid, but the receivers will own his properties.
