As i said in the other thread, Trump has stated well over 20 times since he started this war that "iran was desperate for a deal'.
If you are negotiating with another party 'desperate for a deal' then you have all the hand and you decide when to accept a deal or not.
So this just shows how massively incompetent Trump and his Admin are that they are negotiating with a desperate party, who wants a deal but the Trump team still cannot close it.
Just to remind everyone, the name change alone will cost taxpayers $5.5 million, but that is not the big cost. The government is granting trump exclusive rights to the name, so anything that uses that name will have to pay trump whatever he wants.
trump's plan seems to be to steal billions from the American taxpayers, possibly trillions.
What's going to happen:
Every Friday trump will be praising the Iranians claiming a deal is at hand.
Every Monday trump will bash the Iranians and bomb them all week.
This will go on until January of 2029.
Bibi appealed to trump's yearning for heroic immortality. Since Clinton - Bibi has been claiming "Iran's on the verge of a nuke".
Trump was the only president vain and stupid enough to buy the garbage Bibi was selling.
He's already grifted billions with his failed (exc. for him, of course) crypto scheme.
The domestic emoluments clause of the Constitution makes it unconstitutional for Florida to give trump any "business opportunities" like this. But the alt right no longer cares about the Constitution.

Besides, SCOTUS gave him carte blanche to do whatever he likes.
IMO if he keeps that Qatar jet after leaving office, he owes the American taxpayers every penny of what we spent on the "free gift."
trump is not just taking the Qatar jet with its billion dollar of taxpayer upgrades, but also going to try to get the taxpayers to pay for the fuel for life.

Almost 40 years ago, trump was unable to name a single book. I think he has refused to read books his entire life. We are finding more and more evidence that reading helps prevent dementia, so his intellectual laziness may have caused his dementia.
Did you know that adult vaccinations also has been shown to prevent dementia? The shingles vaccine alone prevents over 20% of dementia.
I do well for myself. I have had some bad luck, but I recover well.
