Well he dose want to keep total control of the country so to do that you don't give the people a choice and do not hold elections.
I gave up on Trump in May...I demand this be on the record.

And IF we go by the Constitution he can't stop them from going on.
It states that the STATES will appoint their representatives any way the States legislature decide to do,
It is all up to the states NOT Trump.
He is just out on a power grab.
