I don't think Pelosi or Schumer should "fund the wall" as such at all.

I think they should negotiate features of border security. If some barriers are needed...fine; if some repairs are needed...fine; if money can be spent on technology...fine.

The dreamers are a separate problem. My guess is that the courts will work out the Dreamers problem...and that they are not hostage to the abomination.
