83 percent of those getting SNAP are seniors, children and disabled. they get a huge amount ,approx., 4 bucks a day,. living in luxury.

Nothing wrong with those items.
I still crush up crackers and add them to my bowl of beans.
Try rice pudding and oatmeal sometimes and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. :)

I like to experiment, when I make meat loaf, just to see how good I can make it.
Pato sauce, instead of tomato sauce.
Chili powder, instead of salt and pepper
Crushed cereal, instead of bread
etc
