Scalia gave corporations citizenship under the 14th amendment shortly after using the same amendment to deny citizenship to Women and Latinos. I have to laugh at those touting Scalia as a constitutionalist since he made rulings out of both sides of his ass.

Good on you for staying grounded in reality. She was dealt a huge blow. Her husband is not an old man. He served this country and who knows, that may have killed him. She's not resigning and storming off for political reasons, she's giving over a month's notice which is more than anyone could ask for what she and her husband are about to go through.
