It is likely that the CIA participated in 9/11......I dont see how building 7 got rigged with explosives without their help. Some think that the towers were also rigged with explosives.....I am not sure on that point.

FDR's information was the Japanese were likely to strike, probably in The Philippines. Pearl Harbor was a complete surprise. It wasn't contemplated Japan could move a fleet that far across the ocean undetected, a fleet of 67 ships (including submarines) that sailed in radio silence for eleven days.

Gotta add that this common conspiracy theory about the character of FDR reveals either ignorance or animus on the part of the theorist, in this case probably both.

Use your brain, assuming this is possible. The report means the government purposely left the border unsecured in order to permit an expected attack that would enable a full scale counter onslaught on Hamas. Unwitting citizens were sacrificed for this "greater good".
