But what's the point? For a narcissist who can't even accept losing an election, imagine voluntarily entering one he's constitutionally prohibited from winning.

While he could pretend to run and go thru all motions he could not get on any State ballots so he would never actually be in the race.

So I would say at best he is coz playing at running but never actually got to run, to be more accurate.
