Did you actually watch the video? He didn't say what you think he said.

Also, his lack of experience doesn't change the fact that he was infinitely more articulate, professional and competent than Trump.

If I were to seriously consider running on a national ticket, I would essentially have to start now, before having served a day in the Senate. (which he also lacked any experience in) Now, there are some people who might be comfortable doing that. But, Im not one of those people."

It's fairly clear what he meant to anyone with even half a brain. Something you apparently lack.

Only someone with less than half a brain thinks the man was articulate. He couldn't speak without a dozen "ums" and "me" or "I" in his speeches.

As for being professional and competent, that is laughable given his pathetic record and having has the biggest midterm losses in the history of the Democratic Party.

Right... he said he'd need to start NOW, meaning at the very beginning of his senate term. He didn't start his presidential run at the very beginning of his senate term.

Again, despite his inexperience, he was infinitely more articulate, professional and competent than Trump.

You can rant all you'd like about his qualifications, it doesn't change the fact that Obama was infinitely more professional and articulate than Trump. Trump speaks like a drunk 4th grader and behaves like a 13 year old girl.
