Parth Nayi, likely a recent "immigrant" was recently sentenced for committing visa fraud in Chicago. Seems this asshole was staging robberies and then getting illegals who paid him for his help, U-Visas so they could stay in the US.
For $5, to $30,000 Nayi would help an illegal get a U-visa on the basis of being a material witness to the supposed crime of having been robbed. A U-visa allowed an illegal to stay in the US while the investigation into the crime they were a "witness" to progressed.
