The fascist democrat party is in serious trouble in America. The use of violence and terrorism is backfiring as democrats are more and more unable to control the Brown Shirts they have recruited and trained.

The elections in New York have given the Brown Shirts substantial political power - which they are using now against the party bosses. The civil war within the Communist party - within the democrats - rages as you head toward midterms that aren't particularly favorable to your party.

Can the Obama coalition, the old guard, reign in the Brown Shirts? Or will the democrats roll into November as a full blown copy of Hamas, on American soil?

I want laws like this

I like making an honest profit


I never raise the rent unless I know my renter realizes that I could make way more money renting it to someone else

Then I never raise it to prevailing rates

Just raise it like 100 a month


I have a renter who has rented my house from me for closing in on 15 years


They always beg me to sell it to them

Maybe someday I will
