What is it you believe Jack Smith did wrong?

Why do you say that Jan. 6 was going nowhere?
Your most high holy day was a 3 hour protest against a corrupt election that devolved into some rioting.

Far less violent than the average Floyd riot. With property damage in the hundreds of dollars, rather than billions.

Yet you demand that "all hail the holy Reichstag Fire."

Poor Johnny One Note. You truly need to expand your vision; your world view is myopic. It is impeding on your ethics, for to have what is readily available to be known about Trump and support such a criminal individual despite it is to truly cast your own ethics into a poor spotlight.

You must be a horribly flawed person. I will pray for your salvation. (I’m sure you think I’m in jest, but I’m not.)

You've blatantly lied about Trump Charities a dozen times and been corrected using cites from leftwing sources. You've repeatedly lied about the Trump U. real estate seminar.

Even after being corrected and it proven with a half dozen sources, you repeat the same lies - hoping to get away with them.

What is it with you Marxists? Why do none of you have even a hint of integrity or honor?

I didn't mention that case.

Smith went on a fishing expedition. It's that simple. The classified documents case was weak at best. Jan 6 was going nowhere. James and Bragg's cases were falling apart even with shopped judges and a preconceived verdict.

Smith wasn't there to find any of that. The Democrats needed new dirt and Smith was there to provide it.
Trump stealing a truckload of classified documents was a slam dunk. Archives and the FBI asked Trump to give back what he stole. He stashed them in several places and lied to the FBI repeatedly. He even showed some to people without clearances. The case is not dead. The next president can prosecute it, and he should. Perhaps the new Congress will do it.

I really, really, hope the COngress does not.

We have seen all that does is lead to political theater and grandstanding that just hardens both sides to defend their team.

The next Dem POTUS, imo, needs to state the follwoing:

'The Rule of Law and our understanding of it has been seriously challenged under this Trump admin. Things that were prior considered illegal or against norms the Trump admin did with the support of their DoJ. To reestablish a rule of law that is clear and will be applied equally to all i am putting in place a AG whose first job is to appoint dozens of Special Counsels to investigate each and every area where the Trump admin challenged prior laws and norms and bring cases to the courts and eventually the SC so that we can have clear and DECIDED law in each of these areas on what is correct. We cannot have different Administrations take office and operate on entirely different understandings of what is legal or not and can and cannot be done. We need one singular rule of law for all.'

Then let the dozens of Special Counsels to bring those cases to the court, not necessarily to punish Trump and his admin (that will likely happen but is not the point) but as a way to have one set of rules going forward so future Trumps (left or right) cannot legally follow his game plan.

Yeah, no. The NARA dude told "Biden" to demand Trump's stuff or none of this would ever have happened.
Biden has been a potato since 2019, and I bet the signature to approve the demanding of a former president's things was done by autopen and not Biden.
That NARA guy may see justice yet. That's the Lynchpin to this whole thing.
I might have a link, I might not, but I do have a memory.
Ah, dammit man! This says the right stuff, but I can't select and paste the relevantg part.

Had he actually done so.

But of course, despite the moronic conspiracy theories you peddle, Trump was President and had every right to them.

Unlike Joe Biden, who as a Senator was selling top secret documents to the Chinese.

Archives and the FBI asked Trump to give back what he stole.

He was president, moron.

He stashed them in several places and lied to the FBI repeatedly.

That is a blatant lie. He never lied to the FBI - you are again projecting what Biden did on Trump.

He even showed some to people without clearances. The case is not dead. The next president can prosecute it, and he should. Perhaps the new Congress will do it.

ROFL

There never was a case. Only Lawfare from a highly corrupt administration.

Biden stole classified documents. His son Bagman used them as leverage in quid pro quo bribery deals.
The Hildabeast stole classified documents.
Sandy Berger (look him up) stuffed classified documents down his pants at the National Archives and tried to steal them.

The list of this sort of behavior is long and the list of those top end politicians prosecuted, or even raided, for it is incredibly short. So, you are being a hypocrite on this.

While it doesn't excuse Trump, at least he, as President, had the legal right to access and declassify any classified documents he wanted to.

If you want to prosecute Trump over this, you better line up the dozens upon dozens of Democrats that did it too and prosecute every last one of them as well.

Who'd you plagiarize that from, fuckstick?
:rolleyes2:
