What was the Legal Name of Hitler's 1932 Party?

The legal name of Hitler's Party in 1932 was "THE DEMOCRATIC SOCIALIST PARTY"
No it was not, for two reasons: first they already had a Democratic Socialist Party that they were battling in the street, and second they would not make an English name the legal name of a party.

The legal name of Hitler's party in 1932 was "Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei", which translates to Nationalsocialist German Worker's Party. As a single word, in this context socialist means that the nation would work as a team, not necessarily the economy.

Hitler was militantly opposed to the "Sozialdemokratische Partei Deutschlands" or in English The Social Democratic Party. Most of the leadership of The Social Democratic Party went to prison.

The reason I ask this question is to see if forum members (especially Leftists) get to
see the comparison between Hitler's party of 1932 with todays Dem Party. There is no difference.
You sound crazy. You are basing your entire argument on a meme picture that is completely wrong.

LMFAO that is probably the stupidest thing Ive seen someone post in a long time
The stupidest post I have read in a long time would be claiming the Nazis were the SPD. It is just bizarre.

The IRA(Irish Republican Army) and the Republican Party both share the word Republican, but do not share an ideology. The Nazis and the SPD were bitter enemies. It would be like claiming the official name of Al Qaeda was the Arabs Supporting the United States and Western Values.

But still a demoncrap
I am losing hope for any meaningful debate here.

You cannot learn. He took them over because they were the easiest party to take over. They were in disarray without leaders. Hitler was not a socialist. He was a Nazi. Are you saying you cannot understand this yet, after all the stupid threads you have done on it?

Keep on hiding from the truth, for no one cares that you are unable to live up to the truth.
The Enabling Act effectively outlawed the Social Democrats. If as you claim the Nazis legally were the Social Democrats, they would have made a law to outlaw themselves.

Needless to say, your claim is complete nonsense.

The legal name of Hitler's Party in 1932 was "THE DEMOCRATIC SOCIALIST PARTY"

I believe that is agreed upon history.
That is as far from real history as possible. The Nazis were not the Social Democrats, and in fact the two parties were in extreme opposition to one another. The legal name of the Nazis was also in German, so was "Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei." They were not the "Sozialdemokratische Partei Deutschlands."

The Nazis outlawed the Social Democrats. Many of the leaders of the Social Democrats ended up in concentration camps. They did not name themselves the Social Democrats.

This is as bad of a misunderstand of history as claiming that Chamberlain was left wing, or was completely unwilling to declare war.

Oh, they were National Socialists, NAZIs. Thanks for clearing the air.
