What’s in the middle of article I section 8: the constitution

You can’t just claim you are correct by repeating you are correct
I laid out my claims and even gave you links as requested very clearly.

It is you, you fucking retard, that can't string together three complete sentences that make sense or give an answer that supports your position.

You don't even know that the US Navy is set up separately and differently from the Army, and you haven't even got a fucking clue how the Marine Corps is structured.

And they did not prove what you claimed shit for brains

[The Congress shall have Power . . . ] To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress; . . .
This is how the founders used the word

So in the second amendment there should be no question as to what they meant

Today, as defined by the Militia Act of 1903, the term "militia" is used to describe two classes within the United States:

  • Organized militia – consisting of the National Guard and Naval Militia.
  • Unorganized militia – comprising the reserve militia: every able-bodied man of at least 17 and under 45 years of age, who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia. These are militia that are under control of the state governors.

Exactly what I stated. You are retarded.

Yes, they did, and can't prove differently because you don't know what the hell you're talking about.

And they meant all able bodied men would be called to be the military

And tasked the states with training and arming them originally

Things are different now huh

Everyone in the nation was drafted into our defense

Everyone was the military back in that era
Not true. Only men were drafted. Even back then, you had to be 16 to about 50 years in age, able bodied, and of sound mind, to be drafted and you could generally purchase an exemption or substitute if drafted. This is just one more subject about the US military you have no clue about. Militias were also privately raised by prominent citizens and politicians for service, often with incentives given for signing up.

Even in the 20th Century, only about 2 out of 3 persons drafted have been accepted for service. The overall rejection rate is about 30% and in some regions of the US goes as high as 50%. Those higher rate areas have traditionally been bigger cities (today ones in blue states) and the deep South.

You knew what I meant

Tiny script too fucking hard to read

If your evidence is so clear

Find a better source for discussion purposes

And quit pretending the founders wrote a 1903 change to the constitution

Even when the nation was founded, there was a separate regular Army, generally consisting of 15 regiments of infantry, 2 of dragoons, and various artillery and coast defense units. The militia were state controlled, and often issued their own distinctive uniforms.

They could be nationalized in time of war, but were normally under the control of the state they were from. Terms of service also varied from state to state.
