I'm not trying to fight with you here but most Republican don't want Democrats winning office. They don't get so granular in saying 'well that Democrat is more mainstream/establishment, so as long as they aren't progressive/dsa then it's ok that they win".

You're right SF is just one City. But it's also one of the most liberal cities in the country. That progressives are struggling there at the moment doesn't mean they can't have success elsewhere, but it speaks to the challenges of the movement.

1. It's not a fight, but a discussion that has contrary approaches to the subject matter.
2. You make a moot point, of which I never alluded to or insinuated any of the sort.
3. As goes SF does NOT mean all other cities and states (blue or otherwise) go the same. We're seeing the burgeoning of that now.

It was what it was, it is what it is, it will be what it will be.
