There's this guy named Dave, lives in Lebanon Indiana. Most folks think he's homeless 'cause he spends most days on a bench in the park, talking to himself.
But he's not talking to himself, he's speaking instructions into a concealed microphone. His code name is "They", as in "they say" and other phrases indicating a nebulous, nefarious power.
He runs the world.
