Kerry was personally involved in the Iran pact that stopped them from making nuclear weapons for at least 10 years. It was signed by US, France, UK, Germany, China, Russia, and Iran. trump simply decided to end it. Kerry has relationships with people he dealt with. He is allowed to talk to people.

What makes you think that's my position? I've pointed out that those who want to apply the Logan Act in a way that would make Trump's many meetings with the Russians illegal are trying to apply it in a clearly unconstitutional way, same as those who want to apply it to Kerry's meetings with the Iranians. In order to make a case that a law was broken, you need a narrower law than that, so you can pass Constitutional muster. That might include the leaking of classified information, or conspiracy to commit campaign finance law violations.

Kerry is not a part of the Government anymore you moron. Therefore, he does not have permission to fly to other nations and undermine this Presidents policies.....unless he wants his citizenship revoked for being a traitor, which he always has been, to the nation.
Immediately after the election, he'd have four years before the next presidential elections and two years before the next Congressional elections. That makes it harder for the GOP to push a successful disinformation campaign, since there's ample time for response and serious reporting to sort out the facts.
